ServCorp International, Inc, a family owned and operated business since 1991. Previously operated under the name of Sencore Auction Service from 1976 until 1991 at which time the company split into two entities: ServCorp International, Inc. and Sencore Properties.  ServCorp International, Inc. is based in southern Louisiana approximately thirty miles northeast of New Orleans, LA. Sencore Properties operates out of the same office as ServCorp International, Inc.

Over the past 34 years, we have conducted auctions for various municipalities such as the City of Slidell, City of New Orleans, City of Kenner, and the City of Covington, City of Mandeville, City of Harahan, as well as St. Tammany Parish Governent, St. Tammany Parish Sheriff's Office, Orleans Levee Board and many others.  We auctioned 200+ transit buses, plus trolly cars, equipment and tow trucks for the Regional Transit Authority after Hurricane Katrina generating over $400,000 in gross proceeds for that auction.  In 2011, we conducted the surplus auction for Jefferson Parish which consisted of vehicles, equipment, transit buses and more, generatating over $425,000 in gross proceeds and again in 2012 which generated over $404,000 in gross proceeds.  Let us hold your next auction!
